Journals
When will my pre-ordered journal be shipped?
Pre-ordered journals will be dispatched on December 13th, arriving just in time for Christmas! This ensures you’ll have your journal for the holiday season, whether for yourself or as a gift. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Please reach out if this timing does not suit you.
Note: All other products ordered in the same order, will be shipped together.
How much does NZ Shipping cost?
NZ Shipping rate is $5.
Receive FREE Shipping over $80.
Do you have Click & Collect?
Yes! You can now pick up your Click & Collect order from our office: 20D Helanca Avenue, Wainoni, Christchurch.
You will receive an email when this is ready for collection, usually within 2-4 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure do, AU Shipping is a flat rate of $25. Please get in contact if this is not set up for your country.
Online Course
Is this a group intake or self-paced?
I host group intakes for ElevateHer: Mind Transformation. However you can work through the course in your own time. The small group zoom calls are really inspiring, educating and motivational. Looking back the group calls are a highlight for many.
How much time does this require?
Our weekly Group Coaching Calls are 1 hour. You can put in as little or as much time as you like, however I recommend 1% of your day - 15 minutes each day.
When are the Group Coaching Calls?
You will be invited to one set up call and then THREE coaching calls: Tuesday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
Can't make it? These will be recorded and sent to you to watch in your own time.
What does the daily content include?
In less than 15 minutes each day, you will be guided through a mixture of practices. You can choose to do these in the morning or later in the day. This is a range of meditations, breathing techniques, journaling prompts or fun mindful and self-care challenges!

Currently in a beautiful studio - Evolve Studios, Christchurch.
+ I will be adding up another regular class in a new location in Christchurch soon.

Do you do private group bookings?
I sure do! Get in contact with me and we can organise a date and location to host a class with your friends. This is great for any group of friends... wine/run/book clubs... it would be an honour to have any club join me for a class!

What do I need to bring?
You will receive an email and calendar invite with what you need to bring.
Note: I have spares of everything.
+ Comfortable clothing (pants/leggings)
+ Yoga Mat & Eye Pillow
+ Favourite mug for Cacao
+ Journal or Paper + Pen
+ Blanket and 1-2 cushions
+ Drink bottle
When will more classes be listed?
As of October 2024, I am not 100% sure when I will list more workshops.
