My Mission

Since leaving teaching at the end of 2019, I’ve been focused on creating courses and resources for holistic care and personal growth.

My journey took a significant turn after losing my brother at 17. Since then I have faced burnout and the challenges of starting up businesses. These experiences have fuelled my passion for creating a toolbox of skills and daily practices to navigate life’s ups and downs, achieve balance, and become the best version of myself.

Through all this learning and healing, I now so feel content, aligned, and living true to my purpose—and I want the same for you!

My mission is to help you discover your purpose and build practices that go beyond managing stress and emotions. I want you to grow in confidence, enjoy the present moment more, enhance your health and holistic well-being.

In today’s fast-paced world, where technology and busy lives can be overwhelming, I aim to help you create bite-size mindfulness habits that foster self-care, confidence, and purpose.
